You’re done with a busy work week, you’ve destroyed your gym sesh and now it’s time for that post workout meal. Protein nachos, my meal of choice are perfect for those ‘Netflix and chill’ Friday nights.
QUICK PROTEIN NACHOS
bag of corn chips
500g lean beef mince
cottage cheese
1/2 an avocado
lime
chilli powder
sea salt and cracked pepper
- Cook mince in a non stick fry-pan, for 10-15 min or until browned. Season with chilli powder and sea salt.
- Heat the tortilla chips in the oven or microwave.
- Mash the avocado and mix with lime juice, salt and pepper to make into a healthy guacamole.
- Arrange the corn chips on a plate and top with mince, cottage cheese and guac.
- ENJOY!
Serves 4. Or 1 on the bulk! 😉
