At Inner Beast Clothing we value customer satisfaction – which is why we allow returns on products in their original condition.
Terms and Conditions
We can only accept a return if the product is in its original condition. This means it has not been washed, worn or tampered with and is not covered in stains, dirt or hair.
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and a copy of the invoice must be included. Any returns shipped after this time frame may be rejected. You are liable for the costs of returning your item(s). We strongly recommend using a tracking number and a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) as they remain your responsibility until arrival at Inner Beast Clothing.
A refund will be issued within 10 business days of Inner Beast Clothing receiving your return. The value of the refund is equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s), excluding the shipping cost. You will receive an email upon confirmation.
In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, contact us at email@example.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item with a description of the issue. We will then provide information on how to proceed with the return – you have 5 days from delivery of the faulty item to return it to us.
Please note that any items that appeared to have been worn, washed or tampered with will not be replaced.
Shipping information remains the sole responsibility of the individual placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct as we cannot return or refund items once they have been lodged.
Changes to the terms
Inner Beast Clothing reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this page regularly to stay up to date on our policy. Once posted on the website, changes to our Terms and Conditions come into effect immediately.
