What does 'insured shipping' mean?
Since we send all of our parcels with tracking we are able to guarantee that your order will arrive - or your money back. So if your order gets lost in transit, or gets sent to a different address than the one you've given us, or for any other reason just doesn't arrive, we'll redeliver or refund.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe, or AfterPay. This ensures that your payment info remains secure between you and the payment processor you choose.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If for any reason you're not happy with our products, or you need to size up or down, or you just want to exchange for something else, simply email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll refund, resend, or exchange no questions asked. It's your choice.
